We operate the website at nexoratech.com and develop software products including eStoreMate and the LMS Platform for English.

2. Use of This Website

By using this website, you agree that you will not:

eStoreMate and the LMS Platform for English are software products currently in pre-launch or development phase. By registering interest or joining a waitlist, you are not entering into a binding purchase agreement. Final product features, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

When these products become commercially available, separate Product Terms and a Software License Agreement will govern their use. Those terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase or sign-up.

This website and all information on it are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information for any particular purpose.

As a new business, product timelines and features described on this site represent our current intentions and are subject to change.

Our total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed LKR 1,000 (Sri Lankan Rupees one thousand) or the amount you have paid us, whichever is greater.
